Mazda Lease Deals Under $200/Month: Better Value Than Toyota This Summer

Summer is here, and the idea of cruising with the top down in a Mazda MX-5 Miata is tempting. But buying a sports car outright isn’t for everyone. Even though the Miata remains the most affordable new sports car for 2026, leasing offers an even cheaper way to get one. Right now, some Mazda lease deals start under $200 a month.
Whether you want thrills, family space, or an efficient commuter, these offers make it easy to drive home a new Mazda. Just keep in mind that real prices vary by dealer, most deals require good credit, and they exclude taxes, fees, and accessories. All offers expire July 31, 2026.
Among the best bargains is the 2026 Mazda3 Sedan. 5S model with 186 horsepower and 30 mpg combined. It’s one of the cheapest new sedans in America, with a classy cabin, zero recalls, and a Top Safety Pick+ rating. If you prefer the hatchback version, it runs $250 a month (effective $347) with the same down payment and term.
The hatch adds sporty handling and a more stylish look.
For SUV shoppers, the CX-30 starts at $242 a month (effective $353) with $3,999 down, offering a premium-feeling cabin and top safety scores. The larger CX-50 is $280 a month (effective $391) with the same down payment, and its hybrid version goes for $369 (effective $480). The updated 2026 CX-5, now with a longer wheelbase and better tech, leases at $318 a month (effective $429).
For more space, the CX-70 starts at $522 (effective $633) and the three-row CX-90 at $448 (effective $559). Plug-in hybrid versions of both are available for $370 and $460 per month, respectively. Finally, the iconic MX-5 Miata Club with a manual transmission leases at $469 a month (effective $552) over 48 months with $3,999 down.
The hard-top RF version is $534 a month (effective $617). These deals won’t last, July 31 is the deadline.
