Is This $5,800 2007 Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec-V Worth the Noise?

A 2007 Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec-V in Solar Yellow is up for grabs in Seattle, Washington, listed on Craigslist for $5,800. The car has 159,000 miles, which the seller calls "low miles," and comes with a clean title.
5-liter four-cylinder making 200 horsepower, a six-speed manual, and a limited-slip differential. The standard SE-R gets just 140 horsepower and a CVT. This one also has red seat belts, a dash-top gauge cluster with oil pressure and g-meter, and a Rockford Fosgate six-disc stereo.
Extras include tinted window deflectors, mirror visors, a windshield wrap reading "SPORT," and yellow-painted air vents. The seller notes an aftermarket Megan Racing exhaust that is loud, with an optional muffler adapter to quiet it.
The body looks free of dings or paint issues, and tires have plenty of tread. The asking price sits in the middle of the model's typical range, but the high mileage and add-ons could cut value, or add to it. Few Spec-V Sentras are for sale, making this a rare find. The question is whether $5,800 is fair or too much for this V.
