Honda Introduces Limited Edition Prelude Hybrid in Japan

Honda has introduced a Limited Edition version of the Prelude Hybrid in Japan for the 2027 model year. The Limited Edition features a unique deep red paint job, known as Premium Crystal Garnet Metallic, paired with a matching Bordeaux interior trim. The special edition also includes red accents, such as brake calipers and steering wheel stitching.

Priced at around $39,000, it is approximately $800 more than the standard Prelude in Japan. There are no mechanical changes to the vehicle. The introduction of the Limited Edition Prelude Hybrid is a response to the popularity of the model in Japan. The Prelude's handling and style have received mixed but generally positive reviews from car journalists.

The Limited Edition is currently only available in Japan.
