Honda Plans Updates for Accord and Passport TrailSport

Honda is preparing updates for its Accord and Passport TrailSport models. The Accord is slated for a redesign in the second half of 2027, featuring sharper, more modern styling, including thin headlights, crisp body lines, and a fastback roofline. The front end will have a narrower grille and slimmer lights, while the rear becomes more angular.
The interior will include a larger infotainment screen. Powertrains are likely to carry over, with the possibility of adding the S+ Shift system. The Accord may become hybrid-only by 2030. The Passport TrailSport will receive a more rugged makeover in late 2026, with increased ride height, suspension changes, and redesigned bumpers for a more aggressive stance.
According to a report from Automotive News, these updates aim to enhance the models' capabilities and styling. The updated Passport TrailSport is expected to debut in a few months, with the refreshed Accord arriving early next year.
