Dodge Charger Scat Pack Falls Short in 0-150-0 MPH Test

Dodge Charger Scat Pack Falls Short in 0-150-0 MPH Test

2 seconds, a result that left testers wanting more. 0-liter inline-six producing 550 horsepower and 531 pound-feet of torque. 6 seconds, and reaching 150 mph required more than half a minute.

The all-wheel-drive Charger did earn some praise for braking, stopping from 150 mph in 656 feet, beating an even heavier Bentley in that measure. Launch control is straightforward, accessed via a console button, with a two-pedal press to activate the sequence. Unlike Hellcats that struggled for traction, this Charger simply bogged down and took off.

Testers noted an asterisk on the tires: the car arrived on Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar 3 rubber, but the 2026 order sheet only lists all-seasons. Dodge added a $695 summer-tire option for 2027, so the test was allowed to proceed with the stickier tires. Base price is $58,880, with the as-tested price reaching $72,095.
