Boca Auto Care Alert: Major Recalls Hit Nissan. Toyota, and Lexus SUVs

The National Consumer Commission (NCC) has issued a recall affecting three popular SUV models: the Nissan Qashqai. Toyota Land Cruiser, and Lexus LX600. Owners of these vehicles should pay close attention, as the recalls address separate safety issues that could pose risks on the road.

For Nissan Qashqai owners, the recall centers on a potential problem with the vehicle’s braking system. Toyota’s Land Cruiser and the luxury Lexus LX600, which shares its platform, are being recalled due to a possible engine control unit glitch that could cause unexpected stalling.

The NCC urges all affected drivers to stop driving their vehicles immediately and contact their nearest dealership for a free inspection and repair.

Boca Auto Care recommends that local drivers check their vehicle identification number (VIN) against the NCC’s official recall list. Even if you haven’t received a notice in the mail, it’s worth verifying. Our service team is ready to assist with any questions or to help schedule a check-up.

Safety is the priority, and getting these issues resolved quickly can prevent bigger problems down the line. Don’t wait, act now to keep your family and your car safe.
