A Custom Touch for the CL63 AMG: W216 Front Grille Now Available

Boca Auto Care is offering a meticulously restored front radiator grille for the Mercedes-Benz CL63 and CL65 AMG models from the W216 pre-facelift era. This isn’t just a stock replacement, it’s a piece that’s been given extra attention to detail, from its cosmetically enhanced chrome to its structurally reinforced mounting points.

The grille, part number A2168800283, is in impeccable condition. Its chrome strips have been wrapped in chrome silver vinyl, then sealed with a 2K clear coat for long-lasting UV protection. The original fasteners were showing their age, so the team used a 3D scanner to capture the exact geometry, printed new ABS parts, and welded them into place for a secure, lasting fit.

Before listing, the grille was test-fitted on a car to ensure perfect alignment with all mounting holes. It’s ready to ship worldwide, giving owners of these high-performance coupes a chance to refresh their front end with a part that looks and functions like new, but with a few smart upgrades built in.
