2027 Hyundai Tucson Revealed With Bolder Styling and New Tech

Hyundai has unveiled the next-generation Tucson, and it takes the brand's latest design language even further than the recently redesigned Elantra. An off-road-oriented XRT trim will be available, featuring a blockier front end, larger air intakes, more metallic trim, and broader black cladding with a forged carbon-inspired pattern. It's expected to come with chunkier tires and unique colors.

Inside, the Tucson introduces Hyundai's Pleos Connect infotainment system, pairing a large center touchscreen with a slim gauge display. Physical controls remain for climate and media, and the shifter moves to the column, freeing up console space for wireless chargers and cupholders.

S. sales possibly following by the end of the year. Updated gas and hybrid powertrains are anticipated. The writer also notes excitement over a rumored Tucson N with 300 horsepower, which Hyundai has already confirmed is in the works.
